Appearance: Picota cherry red, medium-high intensity

Nose: Red and black fruits (blackberry, strawberry, raspberry), very well integrated with notes of vanilla, cocoa, anise and coconut. High intensity

Palate: In the mouth it is smooth, warm and unctuous. Notes of black fruits stand out well integrated with toasts and coffees. It is a round wine, with body and a long finish.

About the wine:  Harvesting is carried out when the grape has reached the optimum point of phenolic maturation. The collection is manual using baskets of about 20 kg, which allows us two things; the first and most important, to discard the grapes that visually do not show sufficient quality, and the second, to avoid the breakage of the grape grains. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, carrying out several pump-overs per day to extract aromatic and colour compounds.
