Produced from a wonderfully mild vintage and crafted from Claymore's very old vine (80+ years), non irrigated Riesling vines located at the Shankly Vineyard just north of the Watervale township.
This is a wine of great elegance, finely structured with deliciously zippy, all natural acid. The aromatics got us thinking of citrus zest, lime juice and hints of grandma's bath powder. A true Queen of Clare!
