Appearance: Ruby red colour with orange highlights

Nose:  Delicate and characteristic on the nose of red cherry, rose hip. dried raspberry and tea. 

Palate: The tannins are pleasantly grippy with a good kick of spice on the finish. The affordable and approachable version of Barolo.  

Food Pairing: Recommended with meat dishes and cheeses.
