This spirit of discovery is in our winemaking, taking old traditions into the future with sustainable practices. Our Galle Cabernet Sauvignon is named for one of the five Rings of Neptune.'

New to Tilley's, the Galle Cabernet Sauvignon is a stunning rendition of the classic Aussie Cab. This wine is full-bodied and powerful, yet gracefully complex. Intense flavours of dark fruits are complemented by nuances of cocoa and a fine oak influence. The tannins are firm but velvety, while the acidity offers freshness and vibrancy.

This is a beautifully balanced and deeply intense Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine will continue to evolve with age, making it ideal for cellaring.
