FOX CREEK VIXEN SPARKLING NV

Appearance: Bright cherry red with a fine sparkling bead. 

Nose: Leafy herbs, raspberry, red cherry, musk sticks, strawberry and cream, cinnamon, vanilla, milk chocolate. 

Palate: A silky palate oozing raspberry, red cherry, strawberry and cream, spicy vanillin oak, gingerbread, milk chocolate roasted almonds. The wine has a clean finish with bright zingy acid and a crunchy tannin length.
