About the wine: A new, natural and organic cuvée from this estate - a great red that can be served lightly chilled. The vines, of average age 10 years, are cultivated in vineyards strewn with smooth pebbles from the Durance river valley. After harvesting, the grapes are chilled for 3 days, then there is a natural ferment at controlled temperatures
