BAROLO 'ANGELA' DOCG 2018

A complex yet delicate Barolo, aged for 20-22 months in oak barrels, and bottle aged for a further 10 months before release. Full-bodied with strong tannins, this wine is powerful yet elegant.

Colour: Intense and brilliant garnet-red colour, with ruby highlights that over the years tend to orange.

Nose: Rich rose and anise, complex in aroma, the nose is intense.

Palate: The palate is pleasantly dry, full and harmonious, with notes of red cherry, leather and dried fruit

Food Pairing: Perfect with red meat, strong cheese and charcuterie.
