FITZ ENGLISH SPARKLING WINE
Fitz is a sparkling wine from East Sussex, England, but not as you know it. Unlike the usual (Champagne style) English sparkling, this light bodied fun, fruity fizz is Prosecco-like.
The wine is made using the Charmat method, which is how Prosecco is made. Fitz were the first English winery to produce sparkling wine using the Charmat method.
A blend of Seyval Blanc, Reichensteiner and Madeline Angeviner, it is light bodied, crisp and fruity with flavours of peach and apple.
