This Grenache Blanc is Maxwell's smallest ever production - hand-bottled just 420 bottles.

Grenache Blanc is a classical grape variety from the western Mediterranean, particularly famous in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine region of France as well as the Terra Alta, Navarra & Priorat wine regions of Spain where it originates and is called Garnacha Blanca. It enjoys warm, dry & windy regions and as a mutation of our beloved Grenache (noir) it is perfectly at home in McLaren Vale.

Tasting Note

Citrus and pear flavours follow from the nose through to the palate. Lees stirring gives palate weight and texture, balanced with crisp acidity and brightness of fruit forward aromatics and flavours.
