Appearance: Pretty raspberry red hue

Nose: Aromatic with fresh crushed raspberries, violets and dried rose petals. 

Palate: The palate is juicy and lightly sparkling, and bursting with fresh grape and red berry fruit. The sweetness is perfectly balanced by mouth-watering acidity and a delicately fragrant finish.

Food pairing: If we are totally honest our glass is empty before we think about food but it does make a great aperitif and party wine and goes well with a fruit platter. 

About the wine: This Piemontese classic is unique (which originated in Provence) is a fragrant and seductive, sweet, lightly fizzy red from the local Brachetto variety.
