Not every Cabernet plays nice. The Villain is Hugh Hamilton’s darker, more rebellious side — a Cabernet Sauvignon blended from the Cellar and Black Sheep vineyards to bring together both presence and elegance.

McLaren Vale might be warmer than Bordeaux, but the maritime influence gives Cabernet the structure it loves: deep colour, firm tannins, and serious longevity. The result here is confident and complex — brambly black fruit with a savoury, spiced edge and a streak of mineral depth. Taut, poised and built for the table.
