First produced in 2015, this late harvest Verdelho has a rich, luscious palate, featuring a mix of pineapple, mango, peach, pear and apricots completed with hints of kiwi fruit and lime juice cordial.

This varietal is harvested 2–3 months after its fellow whites when the dehydrated berries have become very concentrated in flavour, ensuring high residual sugar levels following fermentation. The intense sweetness balanced by crisp acidity allows the wine to be the perfect partner with food and is a fabulous companion with indulgent desserts.

Fermented in stainless steel before finishing in barrel. The wine was lees stirred fortnightly during maturation in new and old oak to help build richness and complexity.

This wine is suited for drinking now, but will continue to develop subtleties in the bottle over the next 8-10 years.
