Richly textured and beautifully poised, the Mahi Pinot Gris is a dry, food-friendly expression that combines depth with elegance. This wine reflects the unique character of Marlborough’s cooler sites, where extended ripening encourages flavour development and natural complexity.
Fermented with indigenous yeasts and matured on lees for enhanced mouthfeel, this Pinot Gris is made with a portion of barrel fermentation, giving it subtle spice and richness without overpowering its delicate fruit profile.
Pairs beautifully with Thai green curry, scallops, pork belly, or soft cheeses. An excellent match for subtly spiced and aromatic dishes.
Drinking well now, but will continue to evolve gracefully over the next 3–5 years.
