Sourced from select vineyards across Marlborough, it is a sophisticated expression that highlights the region’s vibrant energy while offering depth and structure.
Fermented with wild yeasts and partially aged in older French oak barrels, the wine shows a beautifully balanced interplay between freshness and weight.
Ideal with goat cheese, oysters, green-lipped mussels, or Vietnamese salads. A brilliant choice for dishes with herbal or citrus highlights.
Best enjoyed young to preserve its bright acidity, though it will develop additional texture and savoury depth over 2–4 years.
