The Mahi Twin Valleys Chardonnay is a refined single-vineyard wine that showcases the complexity and finesse possible in Marlborough’s cooler subregions. Sourced from the organically farmed Twin Valleys site, this wine undergoes wild fermentation in seasoned French oak barrels and full malolactic conversion, delivering depth, structure, and subtle power.
Unfined and bottled with minimal intervention, it’s a Chardonnay of purity, minerality, and quiet confidence.
A natural partner to roast chicken, seared scallops, grilled lobster, or creamy polenta with mushrooms. Ideal for dishes that balance richness with freshness.
Can be enjoyed now for its freshness and balance, but will reward cellaring for 5–8 years as it develops further nuance.
