MOLINETTO RE LYS GAVI DOCG 2020

Appearance: Colour of bright straw-yellow with light greenish nuances

Nose: A bouquet that is distinctive, delicate, fruity, floral

Palate: A third of the wine has been aged in French Oak barrels for 6 months. The wood imparts the wine with a delicate light sweet note and balances out the naturally acidic cortese characteristics. The result is still a dry wine but with a generous body. 

Food Pairing: Although this would still be a perfect match for seafood, it could take stronger flavours of truffle, fish soup and rich risottos

About the wine: The name Re.lys recalls a rebirth of a family tradition that has never been interrupted and is now nourished with a new energy; the lily is symbol of virtue, incorruptibility and exclusivity.
