THE ROSE THAT GREW FROM CONCRETE ADELAIDE HILLS PINOT ROSÉ 2021

Appearance: Minimal skin contact lends a delicacy of colour

Palate: Astonishing and complex fruit character. Dry and perfectly balanced by crisp & vibrant acidity, it gives way to bright, fresh strawberry burst on the palate, with hints of peach. This pinot rosé shines in good times

About the wine:  Paying homage to the great Tupac Shakur's poem The Rose That Grew From Concrete and despite its damaged petals, we still admire its will to reach the sun. Hand-picked from a single vineyard in the Adelaide hills, this rosé is made entirely from pinot noir that is pressed straight to tank. This wine is Vegan Friendly.

Country: Adelaide Hills, Australia

Grape Variety: Pinot Noir
